WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Hospice care is for people who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness. Care and treatment focuses on palliative care, comfort, and relief from pain and symptoms. Hospice services are provided without regard to age, gender, race, color, national origin, religion, sexual orientation,
or disability.

Diagnoses commonly associated with hospice care include:

* AIDS/HIV
